The main page that has been here a few weeks has been unpublished for now as we hope that all creditors have had time to fully digest the story told.

If you received our email in the last few weeks regarding outstanding monies owed  and have not yet seen the website  please email and we will send you a copy.

The purpose of this site has been fulfilled for now which was to share a far fuller story of events in a convenient way with creditors.  And also ensure that the venue ownership also saw our complaint. For months valid  communication with them has been ignored. We know they have now seen our complaint. Because it made them uncomfortable seeing it here- or so they stated... maybe a ploy? who knows. The ends one has to go to to even get a 'letter' in to where the buck may stop ..  all those layers of organ grinders.

This is not a trading website in fact this May 2022 gathering was a one off event, and whilst there was a team  it was run through one named individual, Dorothy, as sole trader, and as it was cancelled, as we have explained due to circumstances beyond our control,  future revenues (post May 2022) cannot divert to paying substantial  losses made this spring as there are none, and in fact all personal means are entirely exhausted. 

The event was going to happen one way or other. A range of deposits had been paid up to two years in advance to book the venue  and pay for health and safety and medical/first aid  coverage etc., (for an event of 1200 tickets). After cancellation, in extreme stress and distress  some who prepaid  were repaid and perhaps we should have pondered a different strategy - part payment of  more people so that more people would have had at least some repayment, but we are where we are for now, and there are no funds left at all. 

We have attempted to be as transparent as possible. A neater summary will be available here soon.
